As far as the festive season goes, I think this whole business of who’s been naughty or nice is an ethics and compliance minefield. I’m not aware of any guidance and I’ve certainly had no training. Where are the criteria and the adjudication system, and is there a mechanism for appealing a decision? I won’t even get *started* on the risks of using AI to speed up some of the process.
